Chief Operating Officer
Mansoor Mosallaie is Stellant’s Chief Operating Officer and a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in the mechanical engineering and operations management. He oversees and drives operational performance across all Stellant manufacturing facilities in Torrance, CA. Williamsport, PA. Folsom, CA, and PST sites in Melville, NY and Topsfield, MA.
Mansoor began his career as a Project Engineer at Deutsch Company and has nearly 40 years of experience in the Microelectronic Component and Assembly Manufacturing industry, holding several roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the COO of Hermetic Solutions Group, Inc. (HSG), where he oversaw the operational needs of 12 business units spanning 3 countries.
Mansoor has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University and has provided operational leadership in the A&D, Space, Medical, Commercial-Industrial, and Optical sectors for decades.

With more than 30 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defense, Medical, Industrial, and Optical Networking industries, Keith brings both executive leadership and extensive entrepreneurial experience to Stellant, positioning the company for accelerated growth and success. Prior to joining Stellant, Barclay led the development, expansion, and significant growth of Hermetic Solutions Group, Inc. (HSG) in his roles as Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development and, most recently, President and CEO. Prior to his leadership roles at HSG, Barclay served as VP of Sales & Marketing at The Hi-Rel Group, as well as at AMETEK Electronic Components and Packaging.
Keith holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.

Carter joined Arlington in 2023 as an Associate. Prior to joining Arlington, Carter was an investment banking Analyst at UBS in the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group where he also completed a summer internship. While at UBS, Carter advised clients on leveraged buyout and other debt financing transactions across a variety of industries, including business services, diversified industrials, consumer & retail and financial institutions.
Carter graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University where he received a B.S. in Finance.
