Vice President, Engineering
Russell Martin is the VP of Engineering. He began his nearly 20 year career at the Stellant Torrance, CA facility, while attending graduate school. He worked on a co-op project with the Xenon Ion Propulsion (XIPS) product line. After graduating in 2006, he joined the engineering staff full-time, starting in the Military and Telecom TWT Product Line. He successfully progressed through various engineering roles of increasing responsibilities, including Thermo-mechanical Analyst, Project Engineering and TWT Design Engineering. He was the Chief Engineer of the Air, Sea and Ground (ASG) Military Helix group and most recently Chief Engineer of the NanoMPM™ program. Russell earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a BS in Engineering Science, and an MS in Ion Propulsion from Colorado State University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Geri is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of combining expertise in operational, legal, human resources and organizational development leadership to drive and support profitable growth. She started her career as an attorney in private practice, then spent the next 20 years with Toyota and Lexus Financial Services where she held various positions including Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Head of Toyota Financial Savings Bank, Chief Information Office and Group Vice President and General Counsel. After Toyota and Lexus Financial Services, Brewster then held executive operations, human resources, legal and compliance leadership roles with a private equity owned logistics company and a financial investment technology start-up. Brewster holds a BA in Political Science from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law.
Vice President, Contracts & Compliance
Candace Lee is a seasoned Contracts professional from the aerospace & defense industry with 30 years of hands-on experience DOD, FAA and other international and commercial contracts. Prior to joining Stellant, Candace worked for Hughes Aircraft Company, Raytheon, L3 Harris and a privately held home health corporation. During her tenure at L3, Candace held positions of increasing responsibility in Contracts and Ethics at the Segment level. Candace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and also participated in the University of California Irvine Professional Contract Management Program.
Chief Information Officer
Sashi Chandrasekharan is currently CIO with 26 years of industry experience in manufacturing organizations. He recently served as the Director of Digital & IT of the Aerospace Aftermarket business unit at Parker Hannifin and Leader of Digital CX and Data Analytics for Aerospace Group. Prior Mr. Chandrasekharan held several divisional IT leadership roles at Parker Hannifin supporting business units of increasing revenue. He has a consistent record of delivering tangible value by introducing IT solutions aligned with broader company goals.
Lt. General USAF (ret)
Lt. Gen. (Ret) John F. “JT” Thompson is a former Commander of both the U.S. Space Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) and U.S. Air Force’s Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). During his 36 years of uniformed service, he held a variety of critical acquisition, scientific and logistics-oriented positions; he was a four-time DoD Program Executive Officer (PEO) in the Department’s Acquisition Corps, running numerous multibillion-dollar major defense acquisition programs in ISR & SOF, strategic/nuclear systems, fighter, tanker and space portfolios. He also served as the Deputy PEO for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Throughout his career, he was responsible for tens-of-thousands of employees nationwide, and dozens of installations. Most recently, as the Department of the Air Force PEO for Space, JT managed the research, development, acquisition and sustainment of satellites, launch vehicles, and associated C2 systems. JT currently sits on several corporate boards, including Stellant Systems, directing and advising public, private and employee-owned aviation, space and defense-related companies and communities.

Mike is currently GM and Vice President of Stellant’s PST business which was acquired from Comtech in 2023. Prior, Mike was President/GM of Comtech PST Corp. since February 2014. He joined Comtech PST as Director of RF Technologies in July 2004 and became the Vice President of Engineering and RF Technologies in September 2005. Prior to joining Comtech PST, Mike held engineering management and design positions at Powerwave Technologies from 2003 to 2004, Ericsson Amplifier Technologies from 2000 to 2003 and Microwave Power Devices from 1987 to 2000. Dan is currently the General Manager for the Stellant Torrance, CA facility. He has over 30 years in Engineering, Program Management, Strategy and Executive leadership within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Prior to joining Stellant, Dan was President of the Swedish Space Corporation where he led the Americas Business Area including North and South America. He was also President of COM DEV USA, a subsidiary of COM DEV International where he was responsible for all US government business which included the design, development, production, and delivery of passive microwave hardware for space satellites. He has also held various leadership positions at DataPath, Lockheed Martin and Hughes Space and Communications.
Dan has an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Brennan joined Arlington as an Associate in 2021. Prior to joining Arlington, Brennan worked at Citigroup in the Media and Telecommunications Investment Banking Group, where he also completed a summer internship. While at Citigroup, Brennan advised clients on a variety of transactions including mergers & acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt offerings, and corporate carve-outs.
Brennan graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University.

Maj. Gen. James O. Poss (ret) is the CEO of ISR Ideas, an intelligence and unmanned aerial systems consulting firm. He is the founder and former Executive Director of the Alliance for System Safety of UAS through Research Excellence (ASSURE) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Center of Excellence Team. ASSURE is 23 of the top US, Canadian, Israeli and British UAS research universities with 100+ corporate members teaming to solve the FAA’s UAS research issues. His ASSURE UAS team won competition for the FAA’s unmanned research center against teams that included MIT, Stanford and Michigan. He is a 30 year US Air Force veteran with combat experience in four wars and was the Air Force’s senior career intelligence officer at his transition from active service in November 2012. He is a leading expert on UAS, having helped designed the US Air Force’s remote split operations system for UAS control and the Distributed Common Ground Station for UAS intelligence analysis.

Ben joined Arlington in 2014. Prior to joining Arlington, Ben worked for Jefferies’ Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services investment banking group. While at Jefferies, Ben advised clients on a wide range of transaction activity, including leveraged buyouts, strategic M&A and debt financings. Ben also held summer positions with Raytheon as a co-op and holds a clearance.
Ben graduated cum laude from Georgetown University where he received a B.S. in Finance and a minor in Economics.
Ben serves on the Board of Directors of Intellectual Technology, Inc., Stellant Systems and Systems Planning and Analysis. Ben previously served on the Board of Directors of Centauri, Endeavor Robotics and Octo and worked on the firm’s past investments in MicroPact, Novetta, and Polaris Alpha.

Peter shares overall responsibilities for all management and investment activities of the firm. Peter has primary responsibility for Arlington's aerospace/defense investments and shares responsibility for the firm's healthcare investments. Peter has over 27 years of private equity, public equity, and merger and acquisition transactional experience and has completed 40 transactions in a variety of industries representing over $4.0 billion in aggregate enterprise value. Prior to joining Arlington in 2002, Peter worked at The Carlyle Group, a Washington, D.C.-based global private equity firm with approximately $200 billion of committed capital under management, and Capitol Partners, a Washington, D.C.-based private equity firm focused on technology, scale and infrastructure-intensive markets. As a Managing Partner with shared overall management responsibilities and Co-Chief Investment Officer at Capitol Partners, Peter built the firm's healthcare practice and successfully sourced and executed numerous transactions.

Joe has over 30 years in Program Management and Engineering leadership in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.
Joe started his career at Trans Tech followed by Allen Telecom designing RF and microwave filters. This position led him to Filtronic and then L3Harris where he managed programs and built trusted relationships with industry leaders.
Joe joined Stellant in 2009 as a Program Manager at Stellant’s Torrance, CA facility. In 2016 he transferred to the Folsom, CA site as Senior Director of Programs.
Joe has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
Chief Operating Officer
Steve Shpock is currently Chief Operating Officer for Stellant Systems. Steve oversees and drives operational performance across all Stellant engineering and manufacturing facilities in Torrance, CA. Williamsport, PA. and Folsom, CA. Steve has over 35 years of experience in the RF and Microwave business and has held positions of increasing technical and management responsibility with L3Harris, Vitec Group, Thales, Cobham and CPI. This includes being L3 Sector CTO, President of Narda-MITEQ and General Manager of Litton’s Electron Devices Division in Williamsport, PA .
Steve has a B.E., M.E. and Doctorate level degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and the University of Utah and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
Chief Financial Office
Arthur Gharakhanian is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Stellant Systems. He has over 10 years of executive level finance and accounting experience at private equity-backed companies in the Aerospace & Defense and Medical Device industries. Prior to joining Stellant, Arthur was CFO of SaniSure, a Biotech company, where he oversaw all Finance and HR operations in the US, EU, and UK. He was also the Corporate Controller of Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, which was acquired by Stanley Black & Decker in 2020 for $1.5 billion, overseeing finance and accounting in the US, EU & Mexico.
Arthur is a Certified Management Accountant and has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University Fullerton and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Chapman University.

He was an integral part of the acquisition of L3Harris EDD and NW to private equity group, ACP in 2021.
