Michelle brings over 25 years of Program Management, Operations and Production Control leadership in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, 17 of them with the L3Harris/Stellant organization. She’s held multiple positions in various functions including test technician, product control, customer service, production planning and supply chain. Michelle was with DBS Microwave, a startup company when in 2002 they merged with Narda Microwave-West, where she was promoted to Director of Program Management. In 2016, Michelle transferred to the L3EDD (Stellant) Torrance, CA facility where she spent two years in Program Management before being promoted to Director of Operations for the Military Traveling Wave-Tube production line. Since 2021, she has been the Manager of the Program Office at Teledyne Microwave Solutions in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Todd is currently GM and Vice President of Stellant’s Williamsport, PA business. He is a microwave tube engineer with a combined 30 years of experience - 20 years as a technologist and 15 years in manufacturing operations. He began his career at Varian Associates in Beverly, MA. Todd left Varian and went to Northeastern University as a research assistant. After graduate school, Todd went to Litton Electron Devices in Williamsport, PA, as a tube engineer.
Todd has also worked as a tube engineer at Litton in San Carlos, CA, and as a US-based technical liaison for Thales Electron Devices, France. Additionally, Todd has held leadership positions with Silicon Power Corporation, Vitec Group and L3Harris. In October of 2021, Todd returned to Stellant in Williamsport.
Todd has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.

Geri is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of combining expertise in operational, legal, human resources and organizational development leadership to drive and support profitable growth. She started her career as an attorney in private practice, then spent the next 20 years with Toyota and Lexus Financial Services where she held various positions including Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Head of Toyota Financial Savings Bank, Chief Information Office and Group Vice President and General Counsel. After Toyota and Lexus Financial Services, Brewster then held executive operations, human resources, legal and compliance leadership roles with a private equity owned logistics company and a financial investment technology start-up. Brewster holds a BA in Political Science from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law.

Candace Lee is a seasoned Contracts professional from the aerospace & defense industry with 30 years of hands-on experience DOD, FAA and other international and commercial contracts. During her tenure at L3, Candace held positions of increasing responsibility in Contracts and Ethics at the Segment level. Sashi Chandrasekharan is currently CIO with 26 years of industry experience in manufacturing organizations. He recently served as the Director of Digital & IT of the Aerospace Aftermarket business unit at Parker Hannifin and Leader of Digital CX and Data Analytics for Aerospace Group. Prior Mr. Chandrasekharan held several divisional IT leadership roles at Parker Hannifin supporting business units of increasing revenue. Lt. Gen. (Ret) John F. “JT” Thompson is a former Commander of both the U.S. Space Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) and U.S. Air Force’s Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). During his 36 years of uniformed service, he held a variety of critical acquisition, scientific and logistics-oriented positions; he was a four-time DoD Program Executive Officer (PEO) in the Department’s Acquisition Corps, running numerous multibillion-dollar major defense acquisition programs in ISR & SOF, strategic/nuclear systems, fighter, tanker and space portfolios. He also served as the Deputy PEO for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Throughout his career, he was responsible for tens-of-thousands of employees nationwide, and dozens of installations. Most recently, as the Department of the Air Force PEO for Space, JT managed the research, development, acquisition and sustainment of satellites, launch vehicles, and associated C2 systems. JT currently sits on several corporate boards, including Stellant Systems, directing and advising public, private and employee-owned aviation, space and defense-related companies and communities.
