Chief Operating Officer
Mansoor Mosallaie is Stellant’s Chief Operating Officer and a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in the mechanical engineering and operations management. He oversees and drives operational performance across all Stellant manufacturing facilities in Torrance, CA. Williamsport, PA. Folsom, CA, and PST sites in Melville, NY and Topsfield, MA.
Mansoor began his career as a Project Engineer at Deutsch Company and has nearly 40 years of experience in the Microelectronic Component and Assembly Manufacturing industry, holding several roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, he was the COO of Hermetic Solutions Group, Inc. (HSG), where he oversaw the operational needs of 12 business units spanning 3 countries.
Mansoor has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Illinois University and has provided operational leadership in the A&D, Space, Medical, Commercial-Industrial, and Optical sectors for decades.

Michelle brings over 25 years of Program Management, Operations and Production Control leadership in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, 17 of them with the L3Harris/Stellant organization. She’s held multiple positions in various functions including test technician, product control, customer service, production planning and supply chain. Michelle was with DBS Microwave, a startup company when in 2002 they merged with Narda Microwave-West, where she was promoted to Director of Program Management. In 2016, Michelle transferred to the L3EDD (Stellant) Torrance, CA facility where she spent two years in Program Management before being promoted to Director of Operations for the Military Traveling Wave-Tube production line. Since 2021, she has been the Manager of the Program Office at Teledyne Microwave Solutions in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Mike Towner is Vice President of Business Development for Stellant Systems responsible for all business development initiatives including leading the Sales, Proposals, and Marketing teams. General Manager & VP – Williamsport, PA
Todd is currently GM and Vice President of Stellant’s Williamsport, PA business. He is a microwave tube engineer with a combined 30 years of experience - 20 years as a technologist and 15 years in manufacturing operations. He began his career at Varian Associates in Beverly, MA. Todd left Varian and went to Northeastern University as a research assistant. After graduate school, Todd went to Litton Electron Devices in Williamsport, PA, as a tube engineer.
Todd has also worked as a tube engineer at Litton in San Carlos, CA, and as a US-based technical liaison for Thales Electron Devices, France. Additionally, Todd has held leadership positions with Silicon Power Corporation, Vitec Group and L3Harris. In October of 2021, Todd returned to Stellant in Williamsport.
Todd has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Geri is an experienced senior leader with a proven track record of combining expertise in operational, legal, human resources and organizational development leadership to drive and support profitable growth. She started her career as an attorney in private practice, then spent the next 20 years with Toyota and Lexus Financial Services where she held various positions including Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development, Head of Toyota Financial Savings Bank, Chief Information Office and Group Vice President and General Counsel. After Toyota and Lexus Financial Services, Brewster then held executive operations, human resources, legal and compliance leadership roles with a private equity owned logistics company and a financial investment technology start-up. Brewster holds a BA in Political Science from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law.

Candace Lee is a seasoned Contracts professional from the aerospace & defense industry with 30 years of hands-on experience DOD, FAA and other international and commercial contracts. Prior to joining Stellant, Candace worked for Hughes Aircraft Company, Raytheon, L3 Harris and a privately held home health corporation. During her tenure at L3, Candace held positions of increasing responsibility in Contracts and Ethics at the Segment level. Sashi Chandrasekharan is currently CIO with 26 years of industry experience in manufacturing organizations. He recently served as the Director of Digital & IT of the Aerospace Aftermarket business unit at Parker Hannifin and Leader of Digital CX and Data Analytics for Aerospace Group. Prior Mr. Chandrasekharan held several divisional IT leadership roles at Parker Hannifin supporting business units of increasing revenue. He has a consistent record of delivering tangible value by introducing IT solutions aligned with broader company goals.
Lt. General USAF (ret)
Lt. Gen. (Ret) John F. “JT” Thompson is a former Commander of both the U.S. Space Force’s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) and U.S. Air Force’s Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). During his 36 years of uniformed service, he held a variety of critical acquisition, scientific and logistics-oriented positions; he was a four-time DoD Program Executive Officer (PEO) in the Department’s Acquisition Corps, running numerous multibillion-dollar major defense acquisition programs in ISR & SOF, strategic/nuclear systems, fighter, tanker and space portfolios. He also served as the Deputy PEO for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Throughout his career, he was responsible for tens-of-thousands of employees nationwide, and dozens of installations. Most recently, as the Department of the Air Force PEO for Space, JT managed the research, development, acquisition and sustainment of satellites, launch vehicles, and associated C2 systems. JT currently sits on several corporate boards, including Stellant Systems, directing and advising public, private and employee-owned aviation, space and defense-related companies and communities.

He joined Comtech PST as Director of RF Technologies in July 2004 and became the Vice President of Engineering and RF Technologies in September 2005. Prior to joining Comtech PST, Mike held engineering management and design positions at Powerwave Technologies from 2003 to 2004, Ericsson Amplifier Technologies from 2000 to 2003 and Microwave Power Devices from 1987 to 2000. Dan is currently the General Manager for the Stellant Torrance, CA facility. He has over 30 years in Engineering, Program Management, Strategy and Executive leadership within the Aerospace & Defense industry. Prior to joining Stellant, Dan was President of the Swedish Space Corporation where he led the Americas Business Area including North and South America. He was also President of COM DEV USA, a subsidiary of COM DEV International where he was responsible for all US government business which included the design, development, production, and delivery of passive microwave hardware for space satellites. Joe started his career at Trans Tech followed by Allen Telecom designing RF and microwave filters. This position led him to Filtronic and then L3Harris where he managed programs and built trusted relationships with industry leaders.
Joe joined Stellant in 2009 as a Program Manager at Stellant’s Torrance, CA facility. In 2016 he transferred to the Folsom, CA site as Senior Director of Programs.

Steve Shpock (D.E.E) is Stellant’s Chief Technology Officer. Steve works closely with the Business Development team to support the company’s organic growth objectives which includes expanding market share while also growing Stellant’s product and technology portfolio. Steve also leads our IR&D efforts, providing a deeply experienced influence on where we deploy capital to expand the value proposition that we bring to all our customers. Steve recently served as Stellant’s COO and interim CEO.
Steve has 40 years of experience in the RF and Microwave industry and has held positions of increasing technical and management responsibility with L3Harris, Vitec Group, Thales, Cobham, and CPI. This includes being L3 Sector CTO, President of Narda-MITEQ and General Manager of Litton’s Electron Devices Division in Williamsport, PA.

Arthur Gharakhanian is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Stellant Systems. He has over 10 years of executive level finance and accounting experience at private equity-backed companies in the Aerospace & Defense and Medical Device industries. Prior to joining Stellant, Arthur was CFO of SaniSure, a Biotech company, where he oversaw all Finance and HR operations in the US, EU, and UK. He was also the Corporate Controller of Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing, which was acquired by Stanley Black & Decker in 2020 for $1.5 billion, overseeing finance and accounting in the US, EU & Mexico.
Arthur is a Certified Management Accountant and has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California State University Fullerton and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Chapman University.
