Stellant Systems, Inc. (Stellant) a premier manufacturer of critical spectrum and RF amplification products announced the selection of Kevin Spencer, to the role of Vice President and General Manager of the Torrance, CA facility. He is responsible for driving operational performance at the site and reports to Steve Shpock, Stellant’s Chief Operations Officer.

Prior to joining Stellant, Kevin held multiple leadership roles at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, the Merrimac division (Crane’s Microwave Group) for 25 years. He holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, NJ.
