Stellant Systems, Inc. (Stellant) a premier manufacturer of critical spectrum and RF amplification products bolsters its corporate leadership team with the selection of Ian Brassell as Vice President of Sales & Marketing and David Rosener as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development. Both will report to Paul Russell, Stellant’s Chief Executive Officer.
Ian is responsible for driving the sales & marketing teams, to achieve Stellant’s annual orders plan and supporting the development of the 5-year business plan.
Ian has over 35 years of customer facing technical business development in the RF & Microwave industry in both the U.S. (20 yrs.) and UK (15 yrs.). Before joining Stellant 3 years ago, Ian spent nearly 20 years at Teledyne Microwave Solutions covering Space (Commercial, OneWeb & Defense), Defense (Electronic Warfare, Comms LOS & Satcom, Radar) and Commercial markets.
David is responsible for leading the development of Stellant’s 5-year business plan while also Increasing our market share in our key strategic areas including: Government Space, Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations, Missile Seekers & Radar Amplifiers. He is also responsible for expanding our market visibility for both Stellant TWTAs and Solid-State Power Amplification products. Finally, he will be overseeing government relations and mergers & acquisitions for the corporation.
David has over 30 years of professional experience including 15 years at the Central Intelligence Agency, 15 years with Northrop Grumman and six years with startups both in space and encryption technology. Roles included program management, strategic, profit and loss, and functional leadership. Dave has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University.
